When will my order arrive?

Generally orders placed before 2 pm are shipped same day whenever possible. Delivery is then dependent on your location. Please visit www.austpost.com.au for full shipping info. We ship from both our Sydney and Hunter Valley warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! International shipping rates are dependant on your location which you can check on the shopping cart page. Please note that customs and duties are not covered by Nobu Dog.

How can I track my order status?

Every order you make will recieve a tracking number which you can use to see the status of your package. 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or Parcel Locker?

Yes, Nobu Dog does ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers.

What can I do if my package is damaged?

In the unfortunate event that your package is damaged, contact our customer service team and we will arrange an immediate exchange.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Please contact our customer service team and we will chase it up for you.
